I had this dumb idea...

Chatting with my coworkers, I had this dumb idea to start a blog about fashion, and makeup, and me.  I love fashion and makeup.  It's a bit of an obsession!  There are a few draw backs to this obsession. One; I'm a big girl and though fashion has made huge strides since I was a kid, big girls still don't have a ton of options.  Two; I'm broke.  Not every fashionista can afford Chanel bags or a Michael Kors watch, but we can all dream.  Three; i have a job that is crazy, and stressful, and difficult..  As an event planner, I am constantly on my feet and going, so I have to be comfortable.  The days are long, so the makeup has to last all day.  These are not easy rules to live by when you also want to look fashionable.  And if I have these problems, there are probably other women out there with the same issues.  Just maybe, we can pull support from each other and let the fashion industry know that we want to look good too and praise the companies that are helping the big girl on a budget to stay fashionable.
